Before anyone gets trained, it helps to know what actually needs fixing. I speak to your team one person at a time, in confidence, about the work they do and how AI does (or doesn’t) help. This creates a clear picture of where AI would make a difference and if your current usage is making your work more or less distinctive.
What comes out of it is a picture most leaders never get: the tasks quietly eating your team’s time, the places AI is already helping and the places it is flattening your work into something generic. You finish with a clear order of priority and a first step you can take next.

AI Training Programme
6 sessions · 6 weeks · Built around your work
The core of what I do. 6 weekly sessions, 2 hours each, delivered live with your team in the room. Each session is built around the work your team actually does, so it is uniquely helpful for you. Plus the curriculum is fixed and shared upfront, so there are no surprises.
In the final session each person presents a project they’ve developed throughout the programme, showing what they’ve learned and how AI helped.

An individual session where we work together to crack a specific problem you’re facing or an opportunity you want to maximise. This service is focused on solving, building and improving.
Where the AI Training Programme teaches people across 6 weeks, the AI Workshop applies AI thinking to one problem or opportunity.

Hands-on guidance for the questions that don’t fit neatly into an audit, a programme or a workshop. A single 60-minute session or a multi-week engagement, developed entirely around your needs.
I work the way a senior consultant does: available when you need me, stepping back when the work is done and returning when the next challenge arrives.
